ABOUT SPONSORSHIP    

The newsletter will be sent out monthly and will consists of club updates, and generally football and sports updates, event updates, photos from the past months and sponsors branding & information.

MYDA Football Club has a growing number of followers; this is a new area of social media by the club that we are looking to explore & develop further. Every sponsor will get an acknowledgement post throughout the season.

This additional audience will increase your exposure to your brand signage. The opportunities are endless to promote your business on Epping Football Club apparel and merchandise. We will constantly promote our major & partner sponsors. We will promote through all mediums, regularly communicating with members, life members, sponsors, coaches/officials and MYDA Football Club supporters.

Note that your brand will be given space to brand on team jerseys, training attires and all fans replica jersey for the whole footballing season.

Sponsors messages are frequently displayed with banners on the club website. We are always supportive of new content to re-engage our members to ensure that the newsletter remains fresh and appealing for our readers.

 PLANTINUM SPONSORSHIP

  • Financial support above $135,000.00, (One hundred and thirty-five thousand US. Dollars) for a footballing season – For our bepawa big league season debut 2024/2025, this major sponsor’s package is available,
  • This sponsorship Package Includes:
  • Match Shirt Signage: The platinum sponsors’ solo company logo on the FRONT part of all MYDA Football Club matches shirt/strips for all competition and supporter’s replica jerseys.
  • Signage: Several Banners on the fence of main field. 2000mm x 1000mm, utilization of a collapsible shade structure branded with your company’s logo. Your Company’s banner will be utilized at all events and functions throughout the season held by MYDA Football Club.
  • Media Coverage: Twelve Acknowledgements within any media campaigns that provide our football club an opportunity for all media outlets. Match shirts worn by all players for any directly related MYDA Football Club publicity.
  • Website & Social Media: Regular photos of players wearing game shirts will always be uploaded weekly onto all our social media including website, and social media forums like Facebook, twitter, you tube etc, and any future platforms that the club may embrace, along with links on the monthly newsletter.
  • Our Major sponsor logo will be advertised and your company’s website link on our club website & social media pages and forums at the most prime space on them.
  • Your company will always get acknowledgement post too throughout the season.
  • Newsletter: Major sponsor logo, advertising and company website link on the club newsletter. The availability to have regular company articles within each newsletter for members, in two prime position locations within the newsletter. ¬
  • Promotional Material & Events: Distribution of your promotional materials at all club functions throughout the season and company supplied banner displayed. All events hosted by MYDA Football Club will proudly acknowledge your company and contact person as the club’s major sponsor.
  • Promotional material provided by the major sponsor should be beneficial to either our members or supporters directly and/or the club. This could be in the way of product, vouchers, discounts, membership benefits or monetary rewards directly back to the club.
  • Complementary invitations to all MYDA Football Club social events: Invitations and an opportunity to present trophies at the club’s end of season events.

GOLDEN SPONSORSHIP

Between $81000 and $135,000

  • Signage: Your company’s logo on the rear of all MYDA FC match and replica jerseys.
  • Banners on the fence of the main foot balling pitch, 2000mmX1000mm. These banners will be displayed upon the ground fencing at every MYDA FC competitions. These banners will be exempted from an tax imposed by the local administration board (municipality).
  • Website and social media: The sponsors logo advertising and website link on our club website and social media platforms. We will also accord your company/firm/establishment an acknowledgement post in all our platforms
  • Newsletter: The sponsors logo, advertising and company website link on our club newsletter. The availability to have opportunities of company’s article within second prime locations of the newsletter
  • Promotion material and events: Distribution of your promotion materials at all club’s functions throughout the season. At these selected events hosted MYDA FC will proudly acknowledge your company and contact person as a club gold sponsor.
  • Promotion materials provided by our Gold sponsor should be beneficial to either our member directly and/or the club. This could be in a way of product, vouchers, discounts, membership or monetary rewards directly back to the club
  • Complimentary Invitation to all MYDA FC social events: MYDA FC stickers to display on your vehicles and business reception “MYDA FC – Gold sponsor” letting the community know of your support investment.
  • Fundraising and gratitude: A frequent request for products, vouchers, packages to be provided by you to allow the club to auction off, offer as prizes or rewards at club fundraising function. Fully acknowledgement of the gratuity of the gold sponsor to be announced at all the club’s events.

SILVER SPONSORSHIP

Between $27,000 and $81,000

  • Signage: Company’s logo on the arm sleeves of all MYDA FC footballing and replica jerseys Banners on the fence of the main foot balling pitch, 1000mmX1000mm.
  • These banners will be displayed upon the ground fencing at every MYDA FC competitions. These banners will be exempted from half the tax imposed by the local administration board (municipality).
  • Website and social media: The sponsors logo advertising and website link on our club website and social media platforms regularly. You will also be accord an acknowledgement post in all our platforms
  • Newsletter: The sponsors logo, advertising and company website link on our club newsletter. The availability to have opportunities of company one article within one location of the newsletter
  • Promotion material and events: Distribution of your promotion materials at all clubs functions throughout the season. All events hosted MYDA FC will proudly acknowledge your company and contact person as a club gold sponsor
