style=\"text-align: left;\">ABOUT US<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">MYDA FOOTBALL CLUB was started in 2007 as a community youth team pioneered by well wishers MYDA FOOTBALL CLUB registered with the Federation of Uganda Football Association competitions in 2023. In the year 2023 the club competed in 3rd Division before qualifying for the 2nd Division (BETPAWA Uganda Big League) for the season 2024-2025.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">In 2020, MYDA FOOTBALL CLUB qualified for the 1st Division (UGANDA Premier League) Competitions season 2024-2025. MYDA FC has since evolved from being entirely supported by the COMMUNITY based club with its base at Kacumbala, Bukedea, Uganda. Uniquely basing the boarder geographical factor, MYDA FAN BASE is intermingled between Uganda and Kenya population and so is its social influence, fundraising and support ground.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Our Club comprises of senior, junior and academy players and many loyal past and retired members who continue to support our community club throughout the seasons.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">The football club and its members invest both money and time in introducing and teaching juniors (Academy) the skills to play football and have the teams competing in every competitive football outings, both Our teams continue to compete at the highest levels and we are arguably the most successful football club in the Eastern part of Uganda today.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">We&#8217;d like to offer your business our support and the opportunity to promote your interests to the millions of people who attend our football club competitive Matches by physical attendance, online update, social media subscription and television\/ radio mentions each season throughout the year and the many more who follow our club&#8217;s progress. This natural grass surface extends the use of the fields to greatly accommodate games that would usually be washed out due to inclement weather.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">The club organizes fundraising &amp; social events such as trivia nights mostly on our social, media platforms. We get invited on several occasions to participate. Entertainment support in different Eastern districts, this array of different events allows members of all ages, families and individuals to socialize and build a sense of community spirit. During these events we invite and acknowledge sponsors for their support, where possible.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">The2024\/2025 FUFA Second Division football season is likely to run from October to May and the new park is expected to be in high demand with an unprecedented amount of local games expected to be played on weekly basis. Tororo Municipal stadium hosts several events with attendances of between 2000 and to over 20,000. Audiences include not only our member supporters but our opposing team supporters, who will predominantly come from other Regions of Uganda.
